Peru Ceja de Selva Estate A - Grown on the lush eastern slopes of the Andes, Peru Ceja de Selva Estate A delivers a full-bodied cup with a long, smooth mid-palate and rich chocolate depth. This organic certified washed Arabica is a true chocolate bomb — bold yet balanced — shining as espresso, long black or in milk where it develops creamy cocoa sweetness without bitterness.
Timor-Leste Washed Organic - Grown high in the Ermera mountains, Timor-Leste Tasakina produces a smooth, balanced cup with gentle fruit sweetness and soft toffee notes. Clean and easy drinking as a black coffee, it develops chocolate-caramel richness in milk without becoming heavy. An organic direct-trade washed Arabica that works beautifully across espresso and filter brewing.
Uganda - Bold yet smooth, Uganda Kisoro AA offers a creamy, syrupy finish with mild nutty notes and lively acidity. Naturally strong without requiring a dark roast, this washed Arabica shines with milk, making it perfect for lattes and flat whites. Grown in high-altitude volcanic soil, it delivers rich cocoa flavors in every cup.
Colombia - Grown in the volcanic highlands of Nariño, Colombian Volcan Galeras Supremo delivers a bold, slightly spicy espresso with a smooth body and bright acidity. This versatile washed Arabica shines both black and in milk-based drinks — an excellent all-rounder.
