China Pu’er GR1 - China Pu’er GR1 is a smooth, easy-drinking Yunnan coffee with comforting toasted hazelnut and brown sugar sweetness, finished with a subtle black-tea lift. Clean and balanced with gentle acidity, it shines as a rounded black coffee and turns cocoa-caramel in milk without becoming heavy. Grown in Pu’er’s highland red soils and typically washed for clarity, this is a reliable all-rounder for espresso, plunger or filter.
Timor-Leste Washed Organic - Grown high in the Ermera mountains, Timor-Leste Tasakina produces a smooth, balanced cup with gentle fruit sweetness and soft toffee notes. Clean and easy drinking as a black coffee, it develops chocolate-caramel richness in milk without becoming heavy. An organic direct-trade washed Arabica that works beautifully across espresso and filter brewing.
Uganda - Bold yet smooth, Uganda Kisoro AA offers a creamy, syrupy finish with mild nutty notes and lively acidity. Naturally strong without requiring a dark roast, this washed Arabica shines with milk, making it perfect for lattes and flat whites. Grown in high-altitude volcanic soil, it delivers rich cocoa flavors in every cup.
Ice Bear Blend - These beans were selected to give a smooth, strong full bodied cold brew that would work well straight black or with milk.
Colombia - Grown in the volcanic highlands of Nariño, Colombian Volcan Galeras Supremo delivers a bold, slightly spicy espresso with a smooth body and bright acidity. This versatile washed Arabica shines both black and in milk-based drinks — an excellent all-rounder.
